Guide
Electrolytes without flavour. Hydration without distraction.
No lemon. No berry. No sweetener cloud. Only functional hydration.
Why people look for neutral electrolytes
Most electrolyte products are flavour drinks with electrolytes added - not the other way around. People who do not want that usually have specific reasons:
- sweetener aftertaste can interfere with long training
- artificial flavours can overlap tea, pre-workout or other supplements
- hydration bladders can retain flavours and sweeteners, making cleaning harder
- taste fatigue during multi-hour sessions
- the wish for a formula that lets water stay water
What OsmoCore® Pure does differently
OsmoCore® Pure is not trying to be another flavour drink. The formula is built puristically:
- no flavours
- no sweeteners
- no colourants
- hypotonic formula
- sodium with a dosed carbohydrate source for SGLT1 transport
- 1 stick for 400 ml water
Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.
Hydration bladder, bottle, setup
OsmoCore® Pure fits setups that should not be flavoured:
- hydration bladder: no colouration, no sweetener residue, easier care
- soft flask and running vest: neutral formula does not interfere with other ingredients
- outdoor and trail: long days without taste fatigue
Neutral taste does not mean ineffective
Taste is not proof of function. Electrolyte profile, sodium content, osmolality and the logic behind the formula matter more.

FAQ
What does neutral electrolyte mean?
It means the product is not flavoured and not sweetened. Minerals can naturally be slightly noticeable, but the formula is not designed as a flavour drink.
Are neutral electrolytes less effective?
No. Taste does not determine function. The relevant factors are electrolyte profile, sodium content, osmolality and whether the formula is dosed appropriately for the use case.
Why are there so few electrolytes without flavour?
Most manufacturers use flavours and sweeteners to mask the mineral taste of electrolytes and create a more marketable sweet drink. Purist formulas are the exception.
Can I put neutral electrolytes into a hydration bladder?
Yes. Products without flavours, sweeteners and colourants are practical for bottles and hydration bladders because they do not add flavour or colour components.
Can I mix electrolytes without flavour with tea or other drinks?
Generally yes, if the combination is individually tolerated. A formula without flavours does not cover the taste of other drinks.
What is the difference from flavoured electrolyte tablets?
Many tablets rely on taste, acidity and sweetening. A purist carbohydrate-electrolyte solution without these extras has a different formula logic and a different use focus.
Is OsmoCore® Pure completely tasteless?
OsmoCore® Pure contains no flavours, sweeteners or colourants. Minerals can naturally be slightly noticeable, but it is not a flavoured drink.
